To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, we were honored to partner with ComEd through their "Solar Spotlight Program". This program provides Latino high school students with a hands-on opportunity to learn about solar energy and potential career paths in STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) fields. We also installed 4 solar panels and participated in the Lighting Dedication Ceremony to commemorate the students' work.

Mentorship is vital for growth in the construction business. MZI Group makes great efforts to employ veterans and minorities from distressed areas to work, learn and train among our construction professionals. In addition to full-time employment, we train and prepare employees for the Union apprenticeship program.

The MZI Group Internship Program offers students the opportunity to gain business exposure and advice through interaction with construction professionals and experts. These successful professionals volunteer their time to work one-on-one with students to cultivate a rewarding and educational experience.

Mentors share their insights and experiences, provide career guidance, open networking opportunities and aid students in making decisions that can affect their future career path.
